Your last will and testament is a legal document that specifies where and to whom you wish your property and possessions to be distributed in the event of your death. Your will is also incredibly important to lay out your wishes in respect to guardianship of your children if the worst was to happen

Our qualified will writers, certified by the Institute of professional Will Writers (IPW) will take the time to understand your personal circumstances and what you wish to achieve from your will, working with you to create a bespoke document to reflect your wishes.

In some circumstances advance planning and conversations about your estate can be used to reduce the amount of tax payable on your estate on death and enabling you to pass down more of your wealth to future generations.

It is our aim to create a will that is both concise and easy to understand. Giving you the confidence that should anything happen to you, your estate is in good order and your beneficiaries inherit as you planned whether your wishes are straightforward or more complex in nature.

Wills are not regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority. We are proud to be members of the Institute of Professional Willwriters who provide us with our accreditation in this area.

Tax treatment is based on individual circumstances and may be subject to change in the future.

The Financial Conduct Authority does not regulate inheritance tax planning.
